Classifier
1.    The classifier is assembled and welded by carbon steel and anti-abrasion material that will improve the hardness and anti-abrasion performance.
2.    The classifier adopts divided structure to save maintenance and replacement time.

Coal Nozzle
1.    To the nozzle, the four corners of inner and outer sides of its rear part adopt transition fillet structure to effectively prevent the accumulation of coal.
2.    The foreside of the nozzle adopts arc structure to effectively reject the pass of secondary air upon inclined. 
3.    Be equipped with concave inner cover and separation baffle to hold back the heat from furnace.
4.    The front edge of the nozzle is equipped with rigid weld deposition with stronger anti-corrosion performance and longer service life.    

Gas & Oil Nozzle
1.    To the nozzle, the four corners of its rear part adopt round corner structure to effectively decrease abrasion.
2.    The foreside of the nozzle adopts arc structure to effectively reject the pass of secondary air upon inclined.

Mixer & Hydrator 
Mixer & Hydrator are the key products of ALSTOM new type Novel Integrated Desulphurization (NID). ALSTOM NID technology involves the flue gas system, Mixer & Hydrator, reactor, precipitator of stage one and two, unloading and storage system of lime, fluidized air system and water process system.
As key products of ALSTOM NID, Mixer＆Hydrator involve higher  technical content, and are in accordance with the policy trend of national environmental protection and energy saving, thus have good market prospect.
