Deaerator:
The deaerator is designed to remove non-condensation gas such as oxygen and carbon dioxide dissolved in the water that enter into the deaerator in the principle of Dalton’s Law. The aforesaid water is heated to a saturated steam temperature corresponding to the operation pressure of the deaerator with the utilization of heated air that is controlled and equipped with safe release mechanism such as the extraction air of steam turbine to make the aforesaid water up to standard. The standard water shall be stored in the water tank for supply in necessity. 



HP (High temperature) /LP (Low  temperature) Heater 
The Low pressure heater is located between condensation pump and deaerator, and is used to heat condensation water by extraction steam from low pressure cylinder of steam turbine.
The high pressure heater is located between water pump and boiler, and is used to heat water supply by extraction steam from high and middle cylinder of steam turbine.

Continuous and Intermittent Blowdown Flash Tank and Drain Water Flash Tank
Blowdown Flash Tank

To ensure steam quality, the boiler should have pollutant discharged, which means the loss of working fluid and heat. While the blowdown flash tank is applied to recycle the working fluid and make use of the heat. 
The continuous blowdown flash tank is designed to expand and evaporate the continuous discharged water of boiler for the separation of steam and hot water. The steam shall be supplied for the deaerator and other production service by the connection to a low pressure steam system of power plant. The discharged water with high salt concentration can transfer part of heat to the replenishment water of boiler through the heat exchanger and then the cooled discharged water enters into the drainage system or trench directly.
The discharge volume of periodic blowdown is normally small in a short period of time so it shall not be recycled for utilization. The steam from the periodic blowdown flash tank will be discharged to the atmosphere while the water is discharged into trench.
Drain Water Flash Tank
Drain water flash tank is applied for drainage pipelines of high pressure and temperature. The steam and drainage separated through drain water flash tank shall be introduced to the heat exchanger or deoxidizing equipment and relative water tank respectively for regular water supply of the boiler.

Heat Exchange Equipment
Heat exchange equipment is not only widely used in various filed of industry and agriculture but also found frequently in heat transfer equipment in daily life; furthermore, it is one of indispensable technology plants. Heat exchanger is a kind of energy conservation equipment by actuating heat transference between materials, and one of technology equipments widely used in lines such as petroleum, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, and foodstuff etc. Heat exchanger accounts for 40% of total equipment in oil refining and chemical industry unit, and brings remarkable economic benefit by taking advantage of the thermal energy recycling of high temperature and low temperature. 

Petrochemical and Chemical Equipment
The medium of petrochemical and chemical equipment is normally featured by flammability and explosibility, venomousness and erosion etc. It usually contains spherical tank, gasholder, tower equipment and tank reactor etc.
