Wet Slag Handling System   
Since 1991, more than 300 sets of SSC wet slag handling system have been put into operation by our company, which ranks the first in domestic market.   
Since 2002, our company has completed over 230 sets of 600MW unit SSC, which is about four times of the total of other SSC manufacturers; about 145  
sets with power more than 600MW units slag handling SSC has been put into operation, which also ranks the first in domestic market.    
As for the few units of 1000MW, we have win orders for 12 sets unit, 4 sets of which have been put into operation (SHANDONG ZOUXIAN POWER PLANT &SHANGHAI WAIGAOQIAO POWER PLANT) and 2 sets of which have been in steady operation for more than half a year (SHANDONG ZOUXIAN POWER PLANT).   
Typical Layouts of SSC Continuous Handling   
•    Compared with “Transfer Entry into Slag Bin”, “Direct Entry into Slag Bin” is much simpler without the treatment of slag crusher and transport of conveyors of scraper, belt or vertical lift type, which make it have fewer failure potentials, less ash accumulation and water leakage, and thus easier to maintain the environmental sanitary on jobsite.  It is recommended for its application;   
•    “Transfer Entry into Slag Bin”, which adopts SSC of upper return chain for transference, has potential problems resulted from the failure of SSC for long time operation, so it is not recommended to apply this kind of slag handling.   
•    The bucket elevator, which adopts “Transfer Entry into Slag Bin”, has shortcomings such as the severe adherence of wet slag to the bucket, so consideration should be taken for its application.   
•    Instead of being equipped with transition hopper and hydraulic shut-off gate, SSC system directly inserts the water seal plate of boiler into the cooling water of SSC upper trough, which can reduce both the elevation of the boiler lower header and the total cost of the project.   
•    For the convenience of the maintenance of SSC, parts such as the boiler water seal plate interface and lower header elevation that are available for the installation of transition hopper and hydraulic shut-off gate, should be fitted with the aforesaid.
