Job Description:
1.Prepair the Welding/Assembly/MachiningQuality inspection plan to instruct the inspector how to implement the field inspection.
2. Training inspector to make inspector understood the relative inspection technical knowledge and the acceptance standard.
3. As the representative of quality department to join the project team and complete the task on quality function timely..
4. Handle NCR report to make sure the NC parts were disposed timely and correctly.
5. Conduct process audit to make sure quality control system was implemented effectively
6. Liaison with technical /workmanship department to discuss the detail accepted stand to meet the customer’s requirement.
7. Identify and assess the existed /potential requirement on measurement tools and raise the purchasing application. .
8.Prepair the quality report together with the documentation people to meet the customer’s requirement
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:
1. With more than 3 years QC experience in relative fields, such as mechanical, electric, petroleum equipment .etc..
2. Be familiar with ISO1SO9001 system, with strong capability to complete QC task by project independently
3.Good and systematic knowledge of manufacturing process(welding/assmbly/maching). Candidate who has experience in manufacturing process design and know ASME/En standard is preferred.
4．Good English on writing/reading.
5. Good computer skills, word, excel etc.
6. Registered National Quality Engineer is preferred
7．College degree or above, majored in welding, material, Engineering, etc..

Job Description:
1.Be responsible for the management of daily affairs of this division. Coordinate and communicate with other divisions and departments, and provide technical support to relevant divisions and departments to ensure timely completion of the work of this division.
2.Be responsible for the design and the optimization for existing and new products of this division and ensure the timeliness and accurateness so as to improve the product quality and decrease the design cost and provide prophase assurance for the punctual supply according to the requirements of contracts.
3.Fulfill the coordination, cooperation and service for customers, design institutes and other related departments to provide timely and accurate technical support for production so as to offer the assurance for the smoothness of production and manufacture and meet the requirements of customers and contracts.
4.Be responsible for reviewing relative product drawings and design documents and ensure the timeliness and accurateness.
5.Be responsible for the introduction of new technology and the application to our products of this division and ensure the technology of products remain advanced level in the same field and meet the requirements of customers and the development of our company.
6.Be responsible for providing necessary technical support for tender and promotion of our products to meet requirements of customers for bidding.
7.Be responsible for dealing with the quality issues of products related to design from customers in time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:
1.Junior college degree or above, major in mechanism or engineering, at least 8years experience of designing pneumatic ash-handling system.
2.Proficient user of CAD, office and other software.
3.Good communication skills and team work spirit.
4.Have good leadership and coordination capacity.
5.To be able to work on flexible schedule. |
